Today, I had to attend the opening ceremony of a sports meet, which made me somewhat nervous. As a result, I woke up at 5 o’clock, well before my intended wake-up time of 6 o’clock, and I was unable to fall back asleep. Eventually, I got out of bed at 6 o’clock as planned.
Even though I managed to take a nap at noon, I am still feeling rather sleepy now. Based on my past experience, coffee won’t help, only to make me jittery.
